EG completed 3 large Mercator Centers in Serbia, in three different cities: Belgrade, Čačak and Novi Sad, with a total area of 97,000 sqm. Each Mercator Center was built according to very strict standards, as requested by Mercator Group, a renowned shopping mall brand in this region. They were designed as a building with an underground or basement floor where the car park is located, and two floors with inner lanes leading to commercial facilities, a hypermarket, restaurants, and shops. The façade consists of Trimo sandwich panels and glass areas in transparent parts of the building. Each shopping mall is equipped with a modern HVAC system and BMS, which enable a pleasant stay for all visitors and employees in the centers.
